Terms of Service

Multi-Style Flooring LLC  •  Effective date: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Multi-Style Flooring LLC ("Multi-Style Flooring," "we," "us," or "our") website and the flooring installation and repair services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who we are

Multi-Style Flooring LLC is a flooring installation and repair company serving the greater Bismarck-Mandan, North Dakota area, offering services including hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and tile, epoxy coating, and related surface preparation and repair work.

2. Use of our website

You may use our website to learn about our services, request quotes, submit contact or job application forms, and communicate with us. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form on our site and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access it through means other than the interface we provide.

3. Quotes and estimates

Quotes and estimates provided by Multi-Style Flooring are based on the information and access available to us at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions, substrate condition, square footage, or scope of work differ from what was assessed at the time of the quote. We will communicate any pricing changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment terms

  • A deposit may be required before work is scheduled or materials are ordered, depending on the size and scope of the project.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments and deposits are processed through our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers (see our Privacy Policy for details).

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed scheduling of future work and may accrue additional costs as permitted by law.

5. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation

We schedule jobs based on availability and project sequencing. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or failure to provide access to the job site at the scheduled time may result in rescheduling fees or loss of deposit, at our discretion.

6. Client responsibilities

To ensure your installation goes smoothly and safely, you agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area at the scheduled appointment time;

  • Remove or arrange for the removal of furniture, fragile items, and personal belongings from the work area unless moving services were specifically agreed to in advance;

  • Disclose any known issues with the subfloor, moisture, prior installations, or structural conditions that may affect the work; and

  • Ensure pets and children are kept safely away from the work area during installation.

7. Warranty

Multi-Style Flooring warranties our installation workmanship as follows:

  • Residential installations: 3-year workmanship warranty

  • Commercial installations: 1-year workmanship warranty

  • Extended warranty: available upon request — ask your project representative for details

This workmanship warranty covers defects related to our installation process performed to manufacturer specifications. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper cleaning or maintenance, water damage or flooding, structural movement of the building, or issues caused by the flooring product or material itself, which remain subject to the manufacturer's own product warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multi-Style Flooring's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, arising from delays, material defects outside our control, or pre-existing conditions of your property that were not disclosed to us prior to the start of work.

9. Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number and requesting service, a quote, or submitting a form on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Multi-Style Flooring related to your inquiry or job, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notifications, and payment links. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Full details on our SMS program, message types, and your choices are available in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the Multi-Style Flooring name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Multi-Style Flooring LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

​Our website may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Burleigh County, North Dakota, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
