Multi-Style Flooring LLC ("Multi-Style Flooring," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. It applies to our website, our phone and text-message communications, and the services we provide as a flooring installation company. We collect information you give us directly and information we need to schedule and complete flooring work, including:

  • Job and service details - the type of work requested (repair, estimate, epoxy coating, installation), property details, appointment times, notes, and photos related to your job.

  • Communications - the content of calls, text messages, emails, web-form submissions, and review responses you exchange with us.

  • Website information - information you submit through forms on our website, and standard technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) collected automatically when you use the site.

  • Payment information - when you make a payment or deposit, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and estimates;

  • Schedule, dispatch, confirm, and remind you about appointments;

  • Send job status updates, including "on the way" / estimated-arrival notifications and completion confirmations;

  • Send invoices, collect deposits and payments, and keep service records;

  • Request reviews and follow up on completed work;

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our business and website; and

  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / text messaging program

Multi-Style Flooring LLC uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their jobs. This section describes that program.

Types of messages. With your consent, we may send you SMS messages such as: replies to a missed call, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, "on the way" / estimated-arrival notifications with your installer's name, job-completion notices, price quotes and estimate follow-ups, deposit and payment links, and requests for a review after your work is finished.

How you consent. You provide your consent to receive text messages when you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, for example, by submitting a form on our website, texting us first, verbally providing your number and agreeing to texts, or otherwise requesting service from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your job.

 

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information in the "Contact us" section below.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we share your information — and what we never share

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only as needed to run our business and provide services to you, for example with:

  • Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — such as our CRM and messaging platform, our phone/SMS provider, our payment processor, and our scheduling and invoicing tools — solely so they can perform services for us;

  • Our installation crews and staff who need job details to complete your work; and

  • Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our business, or others.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver our own messages to you (such as our messaging platform and carrier). These service providers are prohibited from using that information for any purpose other than sending our messages on our behalf.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and job records, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may:

  • Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP;

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails;

  • Ask us to review, update, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep.
